中美合资威嘉轴承制造有限公司坐落在江苏省常州市遥观工业园，由美国威嘉科技公司与原武进中北滚针轴承厂合资创建。威嘉公司厂区占地总面积 68000 平方米，生产面积 8000 平方米，现拥有各种精良的生产设备 250 台，现有员工 500 余人，其中有中、高级职称的 25 人。公司主要生产水泵轴连轴承 WB 、WR 系列，滚针轴承 NK 、 NA 、 IR 、 LR滚轮轴承 KR 、 NATR 、 NUTR 、NNTR 组合轴承NKIB 、 NKIA 、 NKXR 、NKXR Z ,ZARN系列，圆柱滚子（二类轴承），NJ，NU，冲压外圈滚针轴承 HK 、 BK 、 单向滚针轴承，HF 、 HFL 包装现在实体单向轴承、向心滚针和保持架组件 K 、 KZK 、 KBK 系列，推力轴承和推力垫圈 AXK 、 AS 系列及各类滚针，月生产能力 150 万套，产品广泛用于汽车、摩托车、纺织机械、工程机械、缝纫机械、机床行业等，与国内第一汽车集团公司、哈飞集团公司、长安集团等多家主机厂合作配套，并远销美国、欧洲、港台、东南亚等地。
公司为巩固和提高企业的产品质量与保证能力，引进了美国威嘉科技公司的先进技术，并于一九九九年通过 ISO9002 体系认证，其产品质量在国内众多厂家中名列前茅。目前公司已经取得美国贝尔国际验证机构认证的ＱＳ－９０００证书。
VEGA Bearing Production CO., LTD is located in Changzhou , Jiangsu . It is Wujin Zhongbei Bearing Factory and America VEGA Technologies CO.,LTD joint venture. It covers a floor space of 68000 square meters including a production space of 8000 square meters. Now it has 150 excellent manufacture equipments and more than 400 employees with 25 middle and advanced experts.
The company produces Water pump bearings, needle roller bearings, drawn cup needle roller bearings, needle roller and cage assemblies, axial bearings and washers, all kinds of needle rollers, all kinds of inner rings etc are regularly manufactured and widely used for cars, motorcycles, textile industries construction machineries, machine tools etc in domestic and world-wide markets. The ability of production is 1,500,000 pcs per month. In addition special bearings are also provided in accordance with customers requirements for various applications. In China we do OEM whit First Automobile Group Inc., Hafei Group Inc.and Changan Inc.,etc.The products are exported to America , Europe, Canada and Southeast Asia , etc.
In order to improve products quality, VEGA Bearing Production CO., LTD introduces America VEGA Technologies CO.,LTD advanced technologies in the bearings production. All products are engineered by experienced expertise, manufactured with advanced equipments and controlled under an efficient quality insurance system. The Quality Insurance System was approved by IAF/MFA GROUP to GB/T19002-1994 (idt ISO 9002:1994) in 1999.
